Shipping policy

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from our Brisbane dispatch centre. 

You shall receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped to keep track of its process until it reaches its destination. 

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location.

We primarily use Sendle and Australia Post for most deliveries. 

Custom Fees And Import Taxes/Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are based on the retail value of the package and levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are not within our control and as The Pilkii is based in Australia, any order that is shipped outside of Australia and incurs fees are the responsibility of the package receiver.

How much is Shipping?

We offer standard free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched same or next business day if in-stock and ordered before midday.

Other shipping options including express are available at check out.

International Shipping

We currently ship to several countries and provide a flat fee shipping rate for both standard and express shipping. Updates will be provided as more international destinations become available.
